Let’s improve physical
and mental performance
on a tight budget and with a busy schedule
Hi there!
My name is Che. I focus on improving physical and mental performance on a tight budget and with a busy schedule.
Maybe you’re not rich, so paying for the newest supplements or the luxury of a personal chef isn’t practical. You’re probably not a top-tier professional athlete, so hiring a sports psychologist could be out of the question. Totally understandable. That’s why most of my content is free and practical.
Does the process of learning takedowns frustrate you to no end? Well, I have good news for you- it’s not necessarily your fault. Many instructors don’t follow a comprehensive system and just go through a random list of techniques while making it your job to put everything together. This is problematic, though. If they can’t even put properly a system together as an instructor, how can they expect their student to do the same? That’s why I start with principles- understanding why things work the way they do. By internalizing these principles, you will learn takedowns much faster than anyone else. It allows you to very quickly see the big picture before you focus on the smaller details (and don’t worry, we’ll go over that too).
You might not have all the free time in the world so training two to three times per day followed by hours of massage therapy might not be an option for you. That’s completely fine. I’ve taken everything I learned over the years as a busy, working professional and student athlete and shared it with you.
More importantly, I’ve learned over the years with many different training methods that sometimes, less truly is more. Things don’t have to be so complicated and I’d love to share with you what I’ve learned so far.
People have done more with less, and so can you.
